¿When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Mexico City. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

¿How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, it will take between 1 and 7 business days for delivery within Mexico, between 5 and 9 business days for delivery in the United States and Canada. From 6 to 12 business days for international orders (depending on the location).

 

¿Will they charge me taxes and customs?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Mexican Pesos, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, tariffs, and related customs duties may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and this is determined by your local customs office. The payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
